Establishment of our company
Sadea is established
In the spring of 2021, the company Sadea ApS was founded by three young friends, Mads, Malte & Søren, who at the time were studying at the business school in Kolding.
The idea arises as a result of the increasing focus on disinfection and hygiene during the COVID-19 pandemic. They decide to call their disinfectant brand Safesprayer.
Great collaboration with leading American manufacturer
New collaboration with Evaclean
At the end of July 2021, Safesprayer enters into an agreement with one of the leading American providers of disinfection solutions, Evaclean.
Safesprayer launches Evaclean's Protexus sprayers on the Danish market, which opens up new opportunities and customer types.
Safesprayer wins entrepreneurial competition
Winners of Fynske Bank Startup Lab
In December 2021, Safesprayer, together with 11 other companies, will take part in an entrepreneurial competition called Fynske Bank Startup Lab - a process which extends over 5 weeks and is a collaboration between Business Kolding and Fynske Bank.
The process culminates in a pitch round in front of 5 recognized judges, which results in a 1st prize for Safesprayer and a corresponding prize sum of DKK 75,000 for further development of the company.
Safesprayer is moving to a new office
New office in Kolding
In September 2022, the three founders of Safesprayer decide to go full-time with their company, and therefore choose to move to new office premises on Fabriksvej in Kolding - where they are still located today.
New wholesale collaboration
Collaboration with the food wholesaler Hørkram
After several months of dialogue, Safesprayer enters into an agreement with the food wholesaler Hørkram in April 2023, which opens up a completely new customer group and increases sales within the foodservice segment.
Rebranding of Safesprayer
Safesprayer → Sadea
In December 2023, Safesprayer becomes Sadea, and a new website is launched with new product categories and more brands.
Launch of new products
The launch of "Sadea Design"
In June 2025, we launch Sadea Design – a new product line focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and durability. The series consists of design products for professional environments such as hotels, restaurants, offices, and institutions. The selection includes, among other things, dispensers, waste containers, and other solutions where good design and practical usability go hand in hand. With Sadea Design, we want to offer products that not only solve a task but also contribute positively to the interior design.
